We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Orders are carefully prepared and usually leave our warehouse within 24/48 business hours after purchase confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are:

Peninsular Spain: 48/72 business hours from order dispatch.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: up to 10 business days.

Shipments are made through transport companies such as CTT, GLS, Correos, SEUR, or similar. You will receive an email with your order tracking once it has been shipped.

During periods of high demand (Black Friday, Sales, Christmas, or national holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

In case of a delivery issue, the customer has 5 calendar days from when the order is marked as delivered to make the corresponding claim.

Free Shipping

Free shipping in peninsular Spain on orders over €29.

Free shipping to the Balearic Islands on orders over €39. On dates without discounts, the minimum order for free shipping may be higher.

Delivery Attempts

The transport company will make two delivery attempts.

If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, in case of a refund, €5 corresponding to return costs will be deducted.

Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are borne by the customer. Therefore, we provide a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct size before placing your order.
